Afdelingen kan investere direkte eller indirekte i aktier og obligationer, herunder stats- og realkreditobligationer samt kredit- og erhvervsobligationer i form af High Yield Obligationer, Emerging Markets Obligationer og Investment Grade Obligationer udstedt i G7-valutaer og danske kroner, dog således at den gennemsnitlige andel af aktiebaserede investeringer hen over kalenderåret udgør mindst 50 %. Afdelingen skal have en obligationseksponering inklusiv kontanter mellem 30-50 % og en aktie-eksponering mellem 50-70 %.

Afdelingen er muligvis ikke egnet for investorer, som planlægger at trække deres penge ud inden for 5 år.
